Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience leading large-scale change and teams.
• Ability to organize and plan, delegate responsibility and authority, lead and motivate people, and maintain effective control.
• Broad knowledge of business management, including managing a major manufacturing unit or department.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
