Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Sr. Asset Leader to provide overall team leadership for the asset team across safety, quality, cost and productivity.

You will drive continuous improvement in a high-speed manufacturing environment and collaborate with operations, reliability and engineering teams to deliver platform results. You’ll lead with Lean practices, develop staff, manage budgets and support GMP and internal control standards while embracing mobility to relocate for new plants and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or relevant discipline with 7+ years of related experience.
• Significant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of the operations role in the Supply Chain.
• Demonstrates ability to organize, influence and lead a multi-functional team.
• Experience in multiple plant environments and staff experience, with leadership of a non-exempt workforce.
• Proficient in LEAN practices: 4 step problem solving, LSW, Visual Management, 5S.
• Ability to build and manage a budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day directions to operations, reliability and engineering team members.
• Manage cost of manufacturing including operating supplies, waste, labor and maintenance; develop strategy and tools to forecast spending.
• Lead asset team in safety, quality, cost, productivity and continuous improvement; uphold GMP and internal controls.
• Partner with CI, Reliability, Eng and site resources to deliver platform results.
