Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Ogden, UT is seeking an Operating Partner to join a fast-paced, safety-focused team. You’ll operate heavy equipment, document performance, and contribute to quality targets while supporting continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, strong math/computer skills, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends. SAP/MES/PIMS familiarity is a plus, and you’ll be part of a broader, values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge and good math skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessment, drug and background screenings.
• Pass PAT after offer.
• Safety-focused with hazard recognition experience.
• Experience with plant computer systems (SAP/MES/PIMS) is a plus.
• Team-oriented with desire to work in a team environment.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate with safety focus and correct unsafe acts/conditions.
• Adjust machines to meet quality standards and document performance.
• Participate in self-directed work teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal/written formats.
• Support adherence to standards and continuous improvement.
• Identify machine faults and runtime variations.
• Ensure quality tests are performed timely and documented.
