Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Pass post-offer / pre-hire PAT.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and correct unsafe acts and conditions.
• Adjust machines to meet high quality material standards.
• Participate in self-directed work teams with meaningful feedback.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written form.
• Support rigorous adherence to standards and continuous improvement
• Identify machine faults and variations in runtime stability.
• Ensure quality tests are performed correctly and documented.
