Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in industry and general office experience.
• Knowledge of construction products, computers, basic accounting, and inventory.
• Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and schematic drawings.
• Experience in employee management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall plant operations, maintenance and staff.
• Set production goals and manage safety compliance.
• Analyze production reports and scorecards.
• Oversee yard/warehouse personnel and scheduling.
• Plan maintenance and manage material inventory.
