Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and manage multiple manufacturing sites within the region. You will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and financial results, reporting directly to the Regional VP/GM.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in operations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel up to 50%. This fast-paced, high-growth environment emphasizes autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or other technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated results in P&L management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships as they evolve.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple manufacturing sites to optimize Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping and Preventive Maintenance.
• Ensures OSHA and other regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Builds leadership teams at each site and supports them through development.
• Leads projects to support customer solutions and capital improvements.
• Researches and implements manufacturing best practices and drives continuous improvement.
