Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Milford, VA manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, efficiency, preventative maintenance, and bottom-line results, with substantial time spent on the floor with plant teams.

You will develop talent, drive continuous improvement, and manage capital projects while using KPIs like daily production reports and BI dashboards to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry.
• Experience with automated, high-speed manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, efficiency, preventative maintenance, and bottom-line results.
• Lead continuous improvement and drive site-wide excellence.
• Manage capital projects and budgeting while controlling expenses.
• Develop and mentor a strong site staff and hiring processes.
• Ensure BOM cost/quality commitments and on-time production.
