Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking an Operations Coordinator II to support plant operations with focus on shipping, daily reporting, and inventory. The role reports to the Plant Manager and works with the corporate office to ensure smooth administrative functions for the manufacturing site in Hayward, WI.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a pay range of $18-$20 per hour depending on experience. On-site role requiring close collaboration with office staff and plant operations.

Qualifications

• Above average communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with others.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure in a manufacturing office setting.
• Previous experience in manufacturing office and accounting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel; Sage experience preferred.
