Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of safety, production, and maintenance across the facility. The role requires a strong focus on process improvements and cost control within a manufacturing environment.

You will manage departmental budgets, mentor managers and frontline staff, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to enhance productivity and quality in a day-to-day, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Management or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operations across safety, production, maintenance, and processing.
• Maintain high safety standards and improve safety culture across the facility.
• Lead, train, and supervise department managers, shift leads, and production staff.
• Develop and execute production schedules and communicate goals to departments.
• Analyze equipment efficiency and coordinate materials and manpower.
