Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing office and accounting preferred; Sage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shipping: print BOLs, reconcile and ship in Sage, coordinate with AR for invoicing.
• Daily Reporting: assist weekly production schedule and report production.
• Inventory Cycle Counts: support weekly/month-end close incl. physical inventory and AP invoices.
• AP Invoice Management: code invoices and scan slips to corporate share folder.
• Purchase Order Receipts: receive non-stock, raw material, packaging material.
• HR Coordination: onsite HR support, onboarding, payroll, timeclock, benefits coordination.
• Other Administrative Support: assist PM and safety program, update daily reports, mail distribution.
