Responsibilities

• Accurately process truck scale transactions, tickets, invoices, and shipping documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting drivers, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Maintain plant records, production reports, inventory data, and other administrative documentation
• Coordinate daily communications between plant operations, dispatch, customers, and transportation partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient plant operations
