Job summary

This role supports a busy aggregate quarry operation with responsible handling of truck scale transactions and shipping documentation. You will interact with drivers, customers, vendors, and plant personnel while maintaining records and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to accurately process data, documentation, and transactions with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills when interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and business software.
• Reliable problem-solving abilities and sound judgment to support daily operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process truck scale transactions, tickets, invoices, and shipping documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting drivers, customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Maintain plant records, production reports, inventory data, and other administrative documentation.
• Coordinate daily communications between plant operations, dispatch, customers, and transportation partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient plant operations.
