Job summary

Amrize seeks a Plant Manager to lead mining raw materials production at the Glyndon, MN plant. You will plan, direct, organize and control operations to meet dispatch requests on time and within budget, ensure quality product, manage staffing and inventory.

You will coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, QC, and regional admin; develop strategies to raise productivity while prioritizing safety and cost control. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Management
• Required Work Experience: 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
• Required Technical Skills: Computer proficiency required. SAP experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control mining of raw materials and production of shipable product
• Staff appropriately and monitor inventory at the Plant
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and Quality Control to meet regional needs
• Analyze production efficiency to raise productivity while maintaining safety and controlling costs
• Supervise team to maintain production and efficiency; schedule maintenance routines
