Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the mining and production operations at the Glyndon, MN facility. You will direct planning, staffing, and coordination to meet demand while controlling costs and ensuring quality products.

The role requires strong leadership, 5-7 years in aggregate mining/plant production, and proficiency with computer systems (SAP is a plus). You will interact with multiple departments to optimize throughput and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience.
• Computer proficiency required; SAP experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Balance customer needs with company interests.
• Implement production and scheduling programs to boost productivity and maintain safety.
• Lead subordinate staff and manage plant operations with fiscal discipline.
• Delegate tasks and evaluate performance while ensuring accountability.
• Participate in safety inspections and MSHA checks.
• Coordinate with plant crew including operators and laborers.
• Supervise production, plan maintenance, and maintain inventory levels.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policy compliance.
