Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager to lead mining and production at the Glyndon, MN plant. You will oversee staffing, inventory, and coordination with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and Quality Control to meet production goals.

The role requires 5-7 years in aggregate mining and related raw materials production, with strong computer skills and SAP experience as a plus. Safety compliance and cost control are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and Raw Materials Plant Production experience
• Computer proficiency required; SAP experience would be a plus
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control mining and production at the Plant
• Staffing and inventory monitoring at the Plant
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Quality Control
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity
• Ensure safety as a top priority while controlling costs
