Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager for our Minnesota site to lead the mining of raw materials and production of shippable product. You will coordinate staffing, inventory, and cross-department activities to meet dispatch requests efficiently.

The role focuses on increasing productivity, maintaining safety, and managing costs while ensuring quality products at the plant. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering or Management
• Minimum 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
• Proficiency with computers; SAP experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity at the Plant.
• Coordinate production and staffing with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and Quality Control.
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity while controlling costs.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance; promote health, safety and environmental policies.
• Maintain inventory levels at the site to service customers’ needs.
