Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager - Aggregate in Rollag, MN to lead production, staffing, safety and quality at the plant. You will drive efficiency, coordinate with multiple departments, and manage costs while meeting customer dispatch requests and production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience.
• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, and control mining of raw materials and production of shippable product.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control and Regional Administration/Finance.
• Improve productivity and maintain safety while controlling costs at the Plant.
