Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager for the Aggregate operations in Wisconsin. You will provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, and control mining and production at the assigned Plant, ensuring cost-efficient operations and quality product.

You will collaborate with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Quality Control while driving productivity improvements and maintaining a strong safety culture. The role requires 5–7 years in aggregate mining and related plant production, with SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years Aggregate mining and related plant production experience.
• Proficient SAP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control mining and production to meet dispatch requests cost-effectively.
• Ensure staffing and inventory monitoring at the Plant and coordinate with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams.
• Analyze production efficiency and develop mining/production strategies to raise productivity while maintaining safety and controlling costs.
