Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. via its Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc. plant in Dubois, PA, seeks a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality and cost efficiency, and mentor managers and supervisors.

You will develop production plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure OSHA-compliant practices while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, capital planning, supplier collaboration, and sustaining customer satisfaction through lean

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and resource allocation to meet production demands.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive quality management and collaborate with Quality leadership to reduce defects.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee training and development programs.
• Develop and manage plant budgets and control costs.
