The role drives continuous improvement and exceeds safety, quality, and cost targets while supporting growth and profitability. You will lead Lean initiatives, manage budgets, and develop leaders, ensuring ERP and MS Office are used to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people development experience.
• Strong Lean/continuous improvement background.
• Track record of meeting safety, quality, delivery targets.
• Experience with ERP and office software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure cost-effective production.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and costs.
• Staffing, resource allocation, and development of managers and supervisors.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
