Job summary

Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the manufacturing facility. This role directs production, quality, maintenance, safety, and inventory control while driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.

The position provides strategic and operational leadership to sustain continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and long‑term growth within the Marmon organization. You will coach managers and align resources for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations and multi‑site teams.
• Strong background in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Budgeting, cost control, and capital expenditure planning experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and staffing strategy.
• Manage budgets and drive continuous improvement and cost reductions.
• Support customer audits and supplier relations; ensure compliance with regulations.
