Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality, and production in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure compliance with schedules, train staff, and drive improvements across KPIs like throughput and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with planning, reducing downtime, and organizing work centers while fostering teamwork and adherence to 5S and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience of 3–5 years in manufacturing with supervisory duties.
• Direct wire and cable experience preferred.
• Lean Sigma training preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety: identify unsafe conditions, ensure training, and maintain incident reporting.
• Staffing/Training: recruit, train, and develop operators; cross-train as needed.
• Operations: maintain production levels, schedules, and KPIs; reduce downtime.
• Scrap: report scrap and implement corrective actions with engineers and maintenance.
• Productivity/Lean: promote Marmon Utility Lean; implement 5S and visual standards.
