Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in aerospace/defense environments preferred.
• Proven track record in LEAN/continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and continuous improvement culture across the facility.
• Oversee production, maintenance, and shipping with quality focus.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and capital planning for the plant.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales to meet goals.
