Job summary

Harbour Industries LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Plant Manager to lead the manufacturing facility's overall operation, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive profitability through cost control, quality, and reliability, while mentoring leaders and aligning cross-functional teams with strategic goals.

The role requires P&L responsibility, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven track record in regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a Plant Manager or equivalent operational leadership role preferred.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with ability to coach and develop leaders.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Continuous Improvement Champion, drive a safety-first culture and compliance with regulations.
• Own Safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
• Lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Mentor teams to develop problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Oversee operations, production schedules, and shipping to meet KPI targets.
• Manage budgets, capital expenditures, and long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, and Sales to optimize throughput and quality.
• Support digital transformation and data visibility across processes.
