Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust priorities to maintain production flow.
• Distribute workloads and adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to resolve issues and support manufacturing readiness.
