Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc. in DuBois, PA, is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to support the Plant Manager in daily operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure quality and safety standards across the site.

You will supervise staff, lead Lean improvement projects, coordinate production planning, and collaborate with the Plant Manager to set short- and long-term goals. ERP experience and ISO compliance knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing leadership and plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling.
• Ability to manage safety and quality compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily plant operations and production efficiency.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards.
• Supervise staff and guide team leaders.
• Lead Lean Improvement projects and liaise with Lean teams.
• Set strategic goals with Plant Manager; plan short and long-term goals.
• Direct and manage the production plan and day-to-day operations.
• Promote continuous process improvements and ISO compliance.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor to improve scheduling.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their use in operations.
