• Strong communications and ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to influence behaviors/outcomes without direct authority.
• Preferred professional certifications (PE, CIH, CSP, HMM, NEBOSH) and consumer products experience.

Responsibilities

• Compliance assurance for site and regulatory controls and requirements.
• Serve as functional owner for OH&S components within the site management system.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure risk controls are maintained.
• Define OH&S objectives and assess site performance.
• Lead programs to improve OH&S maturity and performance.
• Implement Global and Regional OH&S strategies.
• Assist in incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure OH&S orientation and training for all employees.
• Oversee contractor compliance with KC standards.
• Utilize data analytics to drive improvements and report findings.
• Support emergency response activities.
