Lhoist North America is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform maintenance inspections, repairs and rebuilds on plant operating equipment. This role supports achieving Plant OEE and Equipment Availability by reducing unplanned downtime and extending downtimes, and requires participation in company-sponsored training.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, Work Order initiation, preventive maintenance, bearings installation and alignment, welding, rigging, and operation of

Qualifications

• 2+ years mechanical experience including welding, equipment alignments, equipment troubleshooting, reading of blueprints and mechanical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Must comply with company, state and governmental health and safety regulations as well as SQF initiatives.
• Must complete and document Workplace Inspections in a timely manner.
• Must perform preventive maintenance checks and report findings (both verbally and in writing).
• Must participate in the work order initiation process when required.
• Must ensure all inventory parts are correctly charged from Stores as per LNA procedures.
• Must be able to install and align all types of new equipment.
• Must be able to disassemble and rebuild most types of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.
• Operate forklift, man lift, or maintenance machinery to perform plant and quarry maintenance.
