Ash Grove Cement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance crew, coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance, and manage mechanical repair activities at our plant.

You will promote safety, train staff, prepare work orders in the CMMS, monitor performance, and collaborate with purchasing for supplies and with vendors. This role offers stability and growth within a North American operations network.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 Year / Associate's Degree in a technical field or related area.
• A combination of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a diploma/degree.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance experience in engineering or facility management in a related industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead the maintenance crew and coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance and mechanical repair activities.
• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines; enforce safety policies.
• Prepare work orders in the computerized maintenance system and document activities.
• Inspect job sites to identify hazards and ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure supplies are ordered or in stock; coordinate with vendors as needed.
