Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance crews and manage preventive and predictive maintenance across plant facilities. You will ensure safety, coordinate daily maintenance tasks, and maintain detailed records of work orders and performance.

The role requires 3 years of supervisory or maintenance experience in a similar setting, with a technical education path and strong knowledge of plant systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 Year / Associate's Degree in a technical field or related area.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance experience in engineering or facility management.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair for plant equipment and structures.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
• Aptitude for learning new computer software.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and supervise daily preventive/predictive maintenance and mechanical repair activities.
• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Inspect job sites before starting maintenance projects to identify hazards.
• Maintain records of attendance, paid time off, and work orders.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure supplies are available.
• Coordinate and supervise contractor work as needed.
