Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance repairs and preventive programs at our Medina, WA plant. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate capital projects, and manage budgets to support reliable operations and safety.

Role requires strong leadership, planning, and knowledge of MSHA/EPA regulations, with collaboration across departments to set priorities and improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• 4 year/Bachelors Degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cement manufacturing facility with management responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan major shutdowns and coordinate with planners and vendors.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA safety regulations and EPA environmental rules.
• Foster safety culture and continuous improvement across the maintenance team.
• Review performance and drive merit increases and promotions.
