Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize plant maintenance activities, maximize equipment efficiency, and minimize downtime. The role involves supervising maintenance crews and contractors, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting budget planning for maintenance projects.

You will contribute to plant safety, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating daily and weekend scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum technical degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years in a similar maintenance role in an industrial plant preferred.
Strong English communication and the ability to read manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities.
Provide technical assistance to maintenance crew and supervise contractors.
Ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and incident reporting.
Develop and maintain SOPs, JSA, and equipment history records.
Assist in budgeting for capital maintenance projects and parts provisioning.
