Job summary

WK Kellogg Co is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations that ensure equipment reliability and plant performance. You will work with production and maintenance teams to prioritize work, solve problems, and maintain critical equipment safely and effectively.

This role requires in-depth leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive improvements while working across shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of 3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Solid planning, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and support production needs.
• Maintain work plans and schedules that improve equipment reliability and long-term performance.
• Partner with production, engineering, and plant leadership to address equipment issues.
• Use root-cause analysis to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
• Identify and document maintenance best practices to improve equipment performance.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and identify trends for improvement.
• Provide leadership coverage across shifts as needed.
