WK Kellogg Co is seeking an RM Lead to coach the Reliability Maintenance COE and lift plant performance across our network. You will translate deep maintenance expertise into enterprise standards and drive measurable results in OEE, maintenance cost avoidance, and proactive planning.

The role requires leadership across sites, strong problem solving, and capability development for maintenance teams. Travel up to 75% is expected in a remote capacity.

Competenze

• Five+ years of applicable work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Three years coaching or technical supervisory/managerial experience.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Systems, Total Productive Maintenance and High Performing Organizations.
• Ability to achieve business results through process improvements and integration with other Centers of Excellence.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process Optimization (CIPO).
• Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance, Reliability Maintenance and Quality Food Safety Centers of Excellence.
• Strong data analytics and graphical analysis skills.
• Experience using digital tools – SAP preferred.
