Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products in Lake Wales, FL is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Manager to lead a team of technicians, ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment, and manage maintenance costs while driving reliability improvements.

The role interfaces with operations, engineering, EHS, and contract maintenance, supports environmental, health and safety programs, and develops multi-year maintenance and capital plans.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering with 10+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• OSHA, EPA and ANSI regulations knowledge.
• CMMS program experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanical, electrical and controls technicians to ensure safe equipment operation.
• Oversee safety, environmental, quality, productivity and cost management initiatives.
• Develop and manage multi-year maintenance and capital plans.
• Interface with operations, engineering, EHS and contract maintenance groups.
• Drive preventive maintenance, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
