Job summary

WK Kellogg Co invites you to lead the strategic and operational direction of multiple units within a large-scale, 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will mentor Operations Managers and Supervisors, drive safety, quality, cost, and continuous improvement, and align with plant goals.

Must be able to work any shift, travel up to 25%, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree and 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing are required; SAP and MS Office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and multiple production lines.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and CI systems.
• Experience working in a union environment preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and priorities for assigned units in alignment with plant goals and corporate strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop Operations Managers and Supervisors to build high-performing teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of production plans and key plant KPIs (safety, quality, cost, service).
• Lead execution of innovation and projects entering the plant.
• Own budgeting and planning for assigned units including cost containment and resource allocation.
• Champion lean manufacturing and WK Kellogg Integrated Work Systems (KIWS).
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement.
