Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Woodstock seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, utilities and plant engineering to support safe, compliant, reliable and cost‑effective operations. You will own the site Maintenance, Reliability & Engineering pillar within the KHMS and partner across functions to reduce losses and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Progressive leadership experience in maintenance or reliability in high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive or predictive maintenance, CMMS/SAP work management, root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, controls/automation, utilities and facility systems.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance work under EHS requirements and safety standards.
• Provide governance for ammonia refrigeration and process safety activities.
• Ensure maintenance preserves food safety and product quality.
• Own deployment of KHMS Maintenance pillar and 90-day plans.
• Maintain asset hierarchy and develop maintenance strategies.
• Create a rolling 52‑week maintenance plan aligned with production.
