Qualifications

• Two-year college degree preferred; four-year degree a plus.
• 3+ years maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment is ideal, but open to all manufacturing or high-speed distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate lead and technician staff.
• Ensure 5S environment and GMP compliance.
• Schedule maintenance staff hours and resolve payroll issues.
• Review production and maintenance reports to resolve problems; optimize costs.
• Maintain WO/PM documentation and proper parts inventory.
