Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus completion of an approved Instrument/Electrical course or equivalent field experience and 8+ years plant experience.
• Proven supervisory/administrative skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate activities of a team of skilled workers in maintenance of equipment, structures, and utility systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs with reliability engineering.
• Participate in capital project planning, write AFEs, and support Capex efforts.
• Review backlog and prioritize work orders with maintenance leadership.
• Ensure storeroom organization, accuracy of timecards, and proper scheduling.
