Monogram Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a food production facility, directing day-to-day tasks, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. The role involves guiding technicians on shifts and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.

Qualificações

• Completion of some college coursework in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Preferred Education: Relevant certifications are preferred.
• Five or more years of maintenance experience in a food production environment.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience/certification highly desired.
• Experience working in a USDA environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage maintenance activities and staff on a shift, ensuring that production machinery is running efficiently.
• Control and monitor plant systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Assign duties and tasks to staff.
• Oversee the completion of preventative maintenance.
• Maintain all records and documentation.
• Communicate daily with production shifts, staff, contractors, and management about changes or issues.
• Provide guidance for team members as required.
• Approve and close completed work orders.
• Ensure correct tools and equipment are available and safety is maintained.
• Account for parts and time against assets.
• Approve team member timesheets.
• Ensure Process Safety Management program is current and documented.
• Participate in audits as required.
• Conduct regular plant walkarounds to monitor workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
