Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience are required. Strong communication, problem solving, and leadership skills are essential; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; long hours and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 2+ years of relevant Maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities in collaboration with Production.
• Develop KPIs and report maintenance performance to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
