Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across plant equipment, utilities, and powerhouse. You will drive preventive maintenance, repairs, and TPM programs to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

This role requires coordinating with Production and supervising key staff in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience, strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule maintenance activities with Production and optimize TPM/SOPs.
• Develop KPIs and provide status reports to management.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and keep records.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance.
