The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of leadership experience. Strong problem solving, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential; long hours and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading training, coaching or mentoring staff.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities in high-level process issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• May be required to work long hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; implement TPM and SOPs.
• Develop KPIs and provide status reports to management.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with regulations and maintain records.
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff and manage staffing activities.
