Job summary

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and technical skills in maintenance systems are preferred. A relocation package is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and providing training or mentoring.
• Ability to lead problem-solving efforts on high-level process issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams in installation and repair of critical equipment.
• Ensure timely scheduling of maintenance in collaboration with Production.
• Maintain compliance with USDA regulations and documentation.
