Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance, and train employees on methods and safety.
Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; develop TPM, SOPs, and safety practices.
Develop and maintain KPIs for maintenance performance and provide status reports to management.
Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain records.
Manage crisis and continuity duties in the absence of key personnel.
Drive a positive employee experience through leadership and coaching.
