Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree combined with related maintenance experience is required.
• Five years of maintenance supervision or management in manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering and other departments on improvements.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction and reliability strategies.
• Mentor shift personnel and train staff to meet goals.
• Monitor adherence to safety, GMP and company policies.
