Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Shift Maintenance Technician based in Twin Falls, ID. This DAY SHIFT role focuses on installing and maintaining production equipment and plant facilities to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance and at least five years of experience, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair equipment in the plant.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and building.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Focus on producing quality product by monitoring quality levels and adjusting processes.
• Maintain controls to meet budgeted goals.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operation and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform machinist skills and use tools, meters and handling equipment.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Assist and train production employees in proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Limited travel may be required.
