Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency. You will lead a team, coordinate with Engineering on equipment improvements, and manage budgets to reduce costs while meeting production goals.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent maintenance experience, at least five years in a supervisory role, and strong communication skills to interface with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or related maintenance experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a maintenance supervisory/management role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interface with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance and coordinate with other departments.
• Enforce safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Lead staff meetings and training; develop maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering on equipment improvements.
• Diagnose breakdowns and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Manage department budget and control maintenance spend.
• Develop and train shift personnel for department goals.
• Engage with vendors and plant visitors; may lead special projects.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
