Graham Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the installation and operation of plant production equipment and facilities, directing daily tasks of the maintenance staff to meet safety and reliability goals.

This role manages tool crib inventories, supports the Preventative Maintenance Program, and coordinates with management to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues while maintaining accurate repair histories.

Responsabilités

• Oversees installation and operation of plant production equipment and facilities.
• Directs maintenance staff day-to-day to meet priorities.
• Directs and controls tool crib inventory and parts purchasing.
• Supports preventive maintenance program implementation and improvements.
• Leads major troubleshooting and corrective actions for mechanical/electrical deficiencies.
• Maintains records for equipment repair histories and asset tracking.
