Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's maintenance function in Casa Grande, AZ. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, plan and manage maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent maintenance experience, plus at least five years in a supervisory capacity within manufacturing. Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or related maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and related maintenance experience is required.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
• Maintenance Managers are required to interact with other managers, employees, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Lead maintenance staff, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with Engineering on equipment improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget and control expenses.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
